"ODI HAS BEEN INVESTIGATING HUMMER H2'S FOR FAILURES OF THE FRONT STEERING KNUCKLE. WHEN THE KNUCKLE LOWER BOSS FRACTURES, THE LOWER BALL JOINT STUD IS RELEASED AND THE ENTIRE KNUCKLE AND WHEEL/TIRE ASSEMBLY SEPARATES FROM THE VEHICLE. ODI IS UPGRADING THIS INVESTIGATION TO GAIN A FULL TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE FACTORS WHICH CONTRIBUTE TO THESE FAILURES."

Condition Some customers may comment on any of the following conditions:

^ The SES lamp is illuminated.

^ No 3rd and 4th gear.

^ The transmission does not shift correctly.

^ The transmission feels like it shifts to Neutral or a loss of drive occurs.
